The protection of your personal data regarding survey, processing and use caused by your visit on my website is our concern. Your data will be protected as defined by German law. Please take notice of the information on which data will be collected during your visit on my website and how it can be used.

1. Survey and processing of data
Each visit on my website and each opened file is collected in a log-file. This storage supportes internal system-oriented and statistical purposes. Collected are:
name of the used file, date and time of the visit, amount of carried data, information on successful demand, used browser, operating system and inquiring domain. These informations are not combined and don't allow conclusions about certain persons.

Additionally the report includes the IP address of the inquiring computer

Further personal data will only be collected with you agreement regarding a request like Email.

2. Use and transfer of personal data
As far as you delivered personal data to us, we only use it to answer your requests.

Your personal data will in no way be delivered to third parties.

We delete your saved personal data, whenever you decide to withdraw your acceptance. Please let us know by email.

3. Right of access to personal data
Please contact us, if you want to get entire information about saved data regarding your person.

We are concerned to save your personal data with all technical and organisational opportunities in a way, that it is not available for a third party. But be aware, that we can't provide full data protection for communication by email. If you want to deliver confidental information, please send it throught the post.
